Main responsibility Maintain EHS management system for compliance with all corporate, national and local regulations make sure it meets corporate EHS requirement and local regulation requirement. Identify potential emergencies and maintain appropriate response plans that mitigate the effects of adverse events and are aligned with the site’s overall emergency response plan. Upgrade and maintain contractor management. Organize monthly EHS committee meeting, report monthly EHS performance and review major EHS risks and action plans. Develops EHS best practices and provides guidance to the site. Provides required training at all levels and activities. Conduct incident investigations to determine root cause and proactive solutions, to ensure they meet corporate policies and local regulations for corrective actions. Arrange occupational hazards monitoring and evaluation, occupational health examination and management of occupational health examination files. Conduct, or have conducted, necessary EHS monitoring (air sampling, water sampling, etc.). Lead and implement the behavioral safety observation process within organization. Lead corporate and customer EHS audit and follow up action plans. Participate in Division and corporate EHS initiatives and projects. Qualifications: At least 3 years of related working experience in MNCs; Good English speaking and writing; Good interpersonal skills; Good command on Microsoft Office.
