与各个业务小组及成员配合完成各项采购任务,并符合公司的目标以及与公司的政策方针一致Cooperatewithdifferentteamsandownteammemberstocompletevariouspurchasingtaskswithadherencetocompanypolicy.YOURRESPONSIBILITIESWILLINCLUDE工作职责: -采购订单的处理,例如下订单,回复货期以及跟进,异常处理等;-处理与订单管理的相关工作,例如录入、核对订单的单价等;-数据统计和数据分析,处理各类报表,文件归档;-对相关采购流程提出改善措施并实施跟进;-完成上司安排的其它工作;-Handlepurchasingorders,e.g.releasingPOtosupplier,followingupthePOreadydateandhandlingissueetc;-Handleordersmanagementrelatedworks,e.g.inputandcheckorderspriceetc;-Datastatisticsandanalysis,handlesortsofreports,filedocuments;-ProposePurchasingProcessImprovementandfollowupclosely;-Completeotherrelatedtasksassignedbysupervisor.资力要求: -大专或以上学历 -1年以上相关工作经验 -良好的沟通能力 与数据统计能力-熟练运用办公软件 ,特别是Excel功能的运用,擅长数据分析-英文读写良好QualificationRequirements :-Collegeoraboveeducationalbackground -Atleast1yearsrelatedworkingexperiences-Goodcommunicationanddatastatisticsskill-Familiarwithofficesoftware ,especiallyexcellentExcelskill,goodatdataanalysis-GoodcommandofreadandwrittenEnglish 能力要求: -细心,对数据敏感-较强的团队合作精神 -以客户为导向的服务意识 CompetencyRequirement: -Bepatientandsensitivetodata-Goodsenseofteamspirit -Goodsenseofcustomer-focusedservice -Easy-going,optimistic,hard-workingandbeabletoworkunderpressure.
