ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述Enhance organizational quality capability to satisfy customer requirement via quality control on incoming material, process and finished good and maintainance the quality management system.通过对来料、过程、成品质量进行管理以及对质量管理体系的维护,来增强产线的质量能力并满足客户要求。YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责-Maintaining the ISO9001 quality system in product line;-负责产线质量管理体系运行的监督与维护;-Customer visit and customer/3rd party audit/certification;-客户来访及第三方审核/认证的协调跟进;-Material, WIP, finished good quality issue investigation and monitoring on driving for improvement;-负责来料、在制品、成品各环节品质异常的调查及改善措施的跟进监督;-Major customer complaint investigation(including root cause analysis and making action plan) and monitoring on driving for improvement;-负责重大客户投诉的处理,包括原因分析、拟定改善措施,并且监督改善措施的执行;-Analysis on the quality performance data, publish quality report, monitor the quality data and drive the continous improvement;-对质量数据进行统计分析、发布质量报告、持续监控质量数据并推动改善;-Quality risk assessment in new product development;-新产品开发前期的质量风险评估;-Quality risk assessment and quality support in the kaizen project; -部门改善项目的质量风险评估与支持;-Quality document management;-质量文档的管理;-Quality culture promotion;-质量文化的建立与推广;-Quality training to enhance the quality capability;-负责组织部门内质量控制方面的培训;- Other works from manager.-其它经理指定的工作。EDUCATION 学历和专业-Colleague degree or above;-大专或以上学历;-At least three years experience in quality, familiar with quality management and improvement,including SQE.-至少三年以上质量相关工作经验,熟悉质量管理及改善,包括SQE。
